Eligibility rules

Know what your checkout can carry before you apply.

Visa, Discover and walletsPlus Cash App Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Klarna and Affirm available where enabled. No Mastercard and no American Express — plan your checkout around the methods above.
No subscriptions, by designRecurring billing is off deliberately, not missing. A paid members’ club is a different business with its own processing — ask us.
Terms shown before you commitYour rate, reserve, and payout schedule appear in your application and in the agreement you accept. Nothing is created in Stripe until you agree to them.

How it works

Four steps from application to your first live payment.

TronchFi reviews your application before creating a Stripe connected account. Internal approval does not guarantee Stripe approval, and no account is created until you continue.

01

Tell us how your business operates

Submit the merchant application with your site, catalog, and business details. Takes a few minutes and creates nothing yet.

02

Compliance review

We review your website against the processor’s standards and email you every required change as a checklist you can hand to your developer.

03

Stripe onboarding

Open your private invitation, confirm the country where your business is registered, and continue to Stripe for identity, tax, and bank details.

04

Connect your store and go live

Install the WooCommerce plugin, use the SDK, or share a Payment Link. Run one low-value order, confirm the payout, and you are processing.

Connect a store

Choose the path that matches your site.

01

WooCommerce

Install the TronchFi Payments plugin and create a one-time merchant token in your portal. Stripe’s secure checkout is embedded on your store by default, with hosted Checkout as a fallback.

  1. Finish Stripe onboarding.
  2. Download and activate the plugin.
  3. Paste the TronchFi API URL and merchant token.
  4. Run the built-in connection test and one low-value order.
Plugin and updates ship from your portal
02

Custom website

Use the server SDK for a custom cart, or a Payment Link for a simple fixed price. Your site never needs a Stripe secret key.

  1. Finish Stripe onboarding.
  2. Download the SDK, CLI, and setup guide.
  3. Store the one-time TronchFi token only on your server.
  4. Test checkout, signed callback, and reconciliation before launch.
Signed callbacks, one-click upsells, and reconciliation built in
03

Payment Links

Create a hosted link for a fixed amount from the portal and share it anywhere — invoices, DMs, email. Each link carries your fee terms and settles to your Stripe account like any other payment.

  1. Set the amount and a short description.
  2. Share the link with your customer.
  3. Watch it land in Transactions with the rest.
Share anywhere your customers already are

Compliance before processing

We review your site so the processor doesn’t have to guess.

In our experience, roughly 9 out of 10 applicants need website changes before they are ready to process. That is normal. We send specific recommendations so your site accurately represents your business and is not mistaken for a different business model.

  • Catalog, claims, policies, and site structure reviewed as one model.
  • Every required change listed directly in one email — forward it to your developer as the implementation checklist.
  • Processor automated systems will review whether the site matches that model; we get you there first.
  • If you sell research-use-only lyophilized reference materials for laboratory settings, your catalog, claims, and policies must consistently present the business that way.
Expect a compliance review before processing

After our review you receive an email that lists every required change. Nothing is created in Stripe until those are addressed and you accept your private invitation.

Identity and bank details stay with Stripe

TronchFi collects business-review information. Stripe-hosted onboarding collects legal identity, ownership, tax, and payout details only after internal approval. Neither TronchFi nor anyone on our team receives your Stripe password or bank credentials.

Why Stripe can support reviewed merchants

Stripe’s current policy allows some restricted categories when effective controls prevent access by the wrong buyers. That is the standard our application is built to evaluate. Stripe reviews every account independently; approval or continued processing is not guaranteed. Stripe policy · Payout timing

Questions

Before you apply.

What is TronchFi?

TronchFi is a payments platform built on Stripe Connect. We review merchants, guide them through Stripe onboarding, and give them the tools to accept payments on WooCommerce, a custom site, or via Payment Links. TronchFi is operated by Quantum Matrix Holding LLC.

What does it cost?

A flat fee per successful payment, with Stripe’s card-processing costs included. Your exact rate, reserve, and payout schedule are shown in your application and in the agreement you accept before any account is created. Existing signed agreements keep their own terms.

Which payment methods can I accept?

Visa, Discover, Cash App Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, with Klarna and Affirm available where enabled. Mastercard and American Express are not carried. Subscriptions are not supported.

How fast do I get paid?

Payouts run on a fixed weekly schedule to your bank, business days only. The current schedule is shown in your agreement, and Stripe and your bank control the exact timing. Stripe may apply its own holds when its risk controls require them.

Does TronchFi see my bank or identity details?

No. Stripe-hosted onboarding collects legal identity, ownership, tax, and payout details directly. TronchFi collects only the business-review information in the application.

Does approval mean I can process right away?

Internal approval leads to a private Stripe invitation. Stripe reviews every connected account independently, and most applicants first complete website changes from our compliance review. Approval or continued processing is not guaranteed.
